Strengthscope™ - an innovative tool for assessing strengths and motivators
This on-line questionnaire is available for individuals (including a 360 version) and for teams
What is Strengthscope™?
Strengthscope™ is an innovative new tool that paints a picture of an individual's (or a team's) motivators and strengths at work. It is based on the up-to-date concept of Positive Psychology, hinted at by Peter Drucker in the 1960s, and formalised by Seligman and Peterson over the past 10 years.
Strengthscope™ can be simply undertaken on-line by individuals, or colleagues can be asked to complete the questionnaire (360 degree feedback), or it can be undertaken by complete teams, highlighting how collaborative working can enhance teams activity, productivity and results.
