Who we've worked with - our customers
In more than 20 years of offering recruitment and development consultancy services to our customers, we've worked with a wide range of organisations: from as few as 3 employees, to world-wide, brand-name PLCs; from the public and the private sectors; from sectors as far apart as manufacturing, accountancy, FMCG, food importers, logistics, insurance, tele-marketing and education.
What they have in common is a desire to recruit and develop employees who will perform at a high level. We refer to these organsations, and the individuals who work within them, as our customers. We believe this emphasises the nature of our relationship: we will do all we can to solve their problems, and satisfy their business needs within their own constraints. Our relationship is much more than is implied by the usual term "clients": it is much more than a financial relationship.
