The Background
A multi-national manufacturing organisation approached us, seeking advice on making objective one particular thread of its recruitment activity. The recruitment managers recognised that the assessment of candidates could be made more objective. While the successful candidates were perceived to be "acceptable" to the organisation, there was room for the recruitment bar to be raised.
"Advice" became a redesign of the assessment centre, and then our methods and ethos were incorporated in more and more aspects of the process.
